Service Description

Using Natural and Functional Movement Methods to help you become Healthier, stronger and pain free, alongside losing weight, feeling more energetic and confident on a day to day basis. Choose from 1session to 3 sessions per week and include personalised exercises, access to 7-7 online program and unlimited access to classes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session please let us know at least 24 hours before the session. I understand sometimes things are not that easy but the sooner we know the better we can reorganise your session
