This Program aims to improve squat strength and mobility, take your posture from Cashew Shaped to Human Shaped using mobility, flexibility and strengthening exercises. It is self paced and includes 14 sessions but on your own you can reuse some of your favourite sessions when ever you like. Although this is a squat challenge, the program looks at how the feet, ankles, spine and neck all play a part.
