Go from Running Worrier to Running Warrior

Taking you from a unconfident/ in pain/ discouraged/ or beginner runner to being a confident/ pain free/ inspired natural runner. In 6 weeks the aim is to complete a (mostly run) 5km. To get there we will cover Mobility and Flexibilty, Strength and Balance and Technique and Performance as we build up the distance.
To cancel a session please let us know at least 24 hours before the session. I understand sometimes things are not that easy but the sooner we know the better we can reorganise your session
