Seasonal Eating

One of my biggest suggestions to achieving health through nutrition is eating as seasonal as you can.

You gain the most nutrients for health from in season foods and it creates natural limitations.

As well as that through evolution certain foods play certain rolls at certain times of the year. E.g. in the summer months the longer times of sun with a wider range of the light spectrum works hand in hand with the sweeter foods.
